The Inner Door
The closed Inner Door of a Masonic lodge is --besides the Tiler who guards it from the outside -- the only thing that keeps the lodge room
physically shielded and secret from the outside. One may knock and seek admission, but unless the correct knock or password is given, one may
not enter. The same goes for our members-only area.
